Fused Glass Workshop - Pick your Project - Tuesday, July 23, 6:30 - 9:00 - Seagrave
This 2.5-hour class introduces many fundamental concepts related to creating glass objects in the kiln. Sculptures/platters will be fired after the workshop and available for pick-up a few days later. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed. Wear comfortable, close-toed shoes.
Choose from the following options:
Garden Sculpture: This is the class where art and garden become one. Complete your garden story with a fused glass sculpture that you design. This featured piece will complement and be complemented by the surrounding plants in your backyard paradise for years to come.
Platter: Learn how to design and create a fused glass piece such as a platter or small dish. After a brief overview, you'll work with a wide range of glasses to make an 6 x 12 fused and slumped plate. Your plate is food and dishwasher safe, so use it often!
NOTE: Class takes place at Bonnie Thomson's studio in Seagrave

Updated Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 3 days before the first class are eligible for a credit or refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund or credit for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the start of class. A registration may be transferred to another person at no charge
