Are you relaxing and recharging this summer?  There's something about this time of  year that feels so chill, even if we are getting record-setting temperatures outside.  Workshops are always satisfying and invigorating here at META4 Gallery but there's something about the summer that makes us feel like we're at summer camp.  We've just added some new workshops for August to round out our exciting schedule. Courses and workshops in our air-conditioned studio are open to students 14 and older. 

Summer is also wedding and cottage season and we have an unrivalled selection of  unique hand-made gifts that become a memorable keepsake as soon as they're unwrapped. For twenty-one years we've helped thousands of people find just the right gift.  Come see what's new during out extended summer hours.

Workshops

Nothing compares to in-person instruction in a small group, surrounded by an inspiring environment. You'll find all of that here at META4 Gallery! 

Small class sizes, professional artist instructors, art supplies available on-site and a rich and inspiring venue.

Designed for students aged 14 and older, you can explore painting, drawing, silversmithing, pottery, woodburning, felting, encaustic, printmaking and so much more!  A short drive north, Bonnie's glass studio is where you can learn stained and fused glass techniques.

 META4 carries a wide selection of artist quality acrylics, oils, watercolours, mediums, paper (including individual sheets), inks, brushes, graphite, coloured pencils, conte, charcoal, art markers, palette knives, easels, varnish, stretched canvas, wood supports and more. While these items are not available on-line we are happy to shop with you by phone. See our hours and contact info below.

This year we've been focusing on finding Canadian-made products and we're happy to say that we carry several Canadian brands, including Tri-Art and Demco acrylics.
