Beautiful Inside & Out
What a wonderful autumn we are enjoying! Sunny days and warm temperatures are a treat, and perfect for all the fall fun happening in town. On September 13, META4 Gallery once again participated in The Amazing Race Port Perry. What a blast! More than 100 participants came to our station outside the post office, where they traced and cut a stencil, then used it for a silk screen design on a souvenir T-shirt. For many folks this was the first time they'd ever done something like this. It was fast, it was fun, it was messy and it helped to raise funds for the Oak Ridges Hospice. 

Our studio is humming again with fall classes... everything from pottery and painting to silversmithing and sketching. We are still adding classes for November and December, so keep an eye on our website for updates.

This year we've had a wide range of visitors from overseas, south of the border and across the country. It's such a pleasure to introduce them to the great talent here in Ontario. If you haven't come for a visit recently, come see what's new!

Workshops

Nothing compares to in-person instruction in a small group, surrounded by an inspiring environment. You'll find all of that here at META4 Gallery! 

Small class sizes, professional artist instructors, art supplies available on-site and a rich and inspiring venue.

Designed for students aged 14 and older, you can explore painting, drawing, silversmithing, pottery, woodburning, felting, encaustic, printmaking and so much more!  A short drive north, Bonnie's glass studio is where you can learn stained and fused glass techniques.
