Female Handstand by Charles O'Neil
It's all about balance!
Female Handstand is so magical to observe, as it is so perfectly & expertly balanced for the figure to stand on its own. It really is a thing of beauty. The intricate details shine in this piece, with hours and hours of wire sculpting making it even more magical. From all angles, you can see something new and intriguing.
Charles O'Neil is a full time artist with a background in drawing and painting, but in the late 1990s, he became interested in sculpting. Working primarily in metal wire, his work is intricate and detailed. The Government of Canada has given Charles' sculptures as gifts for visiting international leaders.
