Drawing Hands - Saturday, August 22, 1 pm - pm; PETERBOROUGH
Drawing hands are essential to any drawing of the figure, but we often find them difficult and intimidating to draw. We will take a step by step approach to drawing hands, covering proportion, anatomy, structure, gesture, shape and value (light and shadow). Students will draw their own hands.

Materials - 18 x 24” newsprint pad, charcoal stick (compressed or willow), kneaded eraser
You can also bring conté sticks or pencils, and/or charcoal pencils. Drawing hands are essential to any drawing of the figure, but we often find them difficult and intimidating to draw.
Due to Covid-19 protocols, class size is strictly limited to allow for physical distancing. Wearing a mask is mandatory. Bring your own snack/drink as these are not provided. META4's washrooms are available to students but not the general public. More details regarding maintaining a healthy environment will be emailed as part of your confirmation.
Updated Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, you will receive a credit, less a $10 cancellation fee. A registration may be transferred to another person at no charge.
