Portrait in a Day - Paint like Rembrandt - Thursday, July 14, 10 am to 4 pm
Yes it's possible to paint a portrait in oils or acrylics in just one day! Popular and experienced instructor Catherine Mills will guide you through facial structure, skin tones and layering your colours to create a vibrant and compelling portrait. Following Catherine's example, you'll create a 12" x 16" portrait inspired by one of the greats - Rembrandt. Some painting experience is required.

Duration: one day, 10 am to 4 pm with a 1-hour break for lunch (lunch is not provided)

A vaccine passport is no longer required. Wearing a mask is optional. Bring your own snack/drink as these are not provided. META4's washrooms are available to students but not the general public. More details regarding maintaining a healthy environment will be emailed as part of your confirmation.
Updated Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 3 days before the first class are eligible for a credit or refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund or credit for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the start of class. A registration may be transferred to another person at no charge.
