Mixed Media Monoprints & Collage - Sunday, November 19, 10 am to 4 pm
In this fun and interactive workshop you will create a mixed media collage piece using acrylic paints and collage papers that you design yourself. You'll start by investigating various mark-making options and continue with creating our own monotypes using gel plates and block printing inks. You'll use these elements, along with your acrylic paints, to complete your piece on a wood panel. This is a fun and expressive way to create art. Some painting experience is recommended.
Make it a full weekend and register for Saturday's Abstract Painting workshop too! You'll be able to add additional collage elements and monoprints to the work you produce on Saturday or create something new!
