Vibrant Landscapes with John Anderson - Saturday & Sunday, March 6 & 7, 1 pm to 4 pm - Port Perry
Learn how to use colour to build more successful landscape compositions. This workshop focuses on all the successful aspects of painting: composition, colour, value, brushwork and more. Learn how to see the abstract structure of composition in the landscape. Begin by building a strong value sketch, then use the tools of value, edge control, warm and cool colours, and expressive brushwork and more. Capture the impressionist feel in the painting with either acrylics or oils. Finishing skills will be addressed as you complete your painting.

Due to Covid-19 protocols, class size is strictly limited to allow for physical distancing. Wearing a cloth or paper mask is mandatory. Bring your own snack/drink as these are not provided. META4's washrooms are available to students but not the general public. More details regarding maintaining a healthy environment will be emailed as part of your confirmation.
Updated Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 3 days before the first class are eligible for a credit or refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund or credit for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the start of class. A registration may be transferred to another person at no charge.
