Learn to Lino Cut - Thursdays, 6 pm to 8:30 pm; November 5 to November 26
Experience the joy of printing multiples by turning a simple design of your own into attractive one-colour linocut prints! Explore different carving techniques, application of ink and hand-printing on a variety of papers using a bamboo baren. By the end of the course you’ll take home two hand-carved linocut blocks, a small suite of prints of each design and the knowledge of how to print more at home.
* No prior experience necessary - open to beginners and those with some experience.
* All materials provided.
* Those with their own carving tools are encouraged to bring them.
