Stained Glass - Raven Sculpture with Sarah Fournier
Step beyond traditional stained glass panels and into the world of sculptural glass art. In this special seasonal workshop, you'll create a striking stained glass raven perched on a birch bark stand, complete with copper wire details for a delightfully eerie finish.
Perfect for both beginners and experienced glass artists, this full day class will guide you through the entire copperfoil process, including:
-Cutting and shaping glass pieces
-Foiling and preparing your design
-Soldering and constructing your raven
-Adding final touches for a hauntingly unique display piece
By the end of the day, you'll have a bold and imaginative stained glass sculpture that pushes your creativity outside the frame and into three dimensions, just in time for Halloween!
All tools, supplies and materials are provided - no prior experience required. Just bring your creativity, a packed lunch, and get ready for a fun, inspiring day!
