Intro to Drawing with Graphite Pencil - Fridays, 9:30 am to 12 noon, February 7 to 28
If you'd like to learn essential drawing skills or improve how you capture line, shadow and shape with graphite, this is an excellent opportunity. John Vandenberg is a skilled illustrator whose botanical drawings are held in the collection of the Royal Ontario Museum. In this course he'll teach you how to master perspective and why it matters, and how to use your graphite pencils to capture detail as well as expression. You'll work on a variety of projects and subjects during the course.
