Beaded Bezel Brooch - Saturday, March 4, 10 am to to 4 pm
Learn beginner jewellery techniques for creating a beaded bezel around a cabochon. You'll choose from among a selection of blue & white glass photo cabochons and learn the Peyote Stitch (note: this is not loom bead-weaving). You'll work with a simple palette of dark & mid blue and pearl to create your own unique design.
This workshop is the 'gateway' to bezel-set different media with beads.
Note: this is small, fine work and definitely requires adequate vision/magnification and a steady hand. If you use reading glasses, be sure to bring them!

Duration: one day, 10 am to 4 pm. There is a 1-hour break for lunch (lunch is not included)
Course fee: $140, plus $35 materials fee payable to the instructor
Updated Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 3 days before the first class are eligible for a credit or refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. There is no refund or credit for cancellations less than 3 days prior to the start of class. There is no refund or credit once a class has begun. A registration may be transferred to another person at no charge.
