Rose Pearson's studio is nestled in the woods of Haliburton Highlands, where she is surrounded by wildlife of many sizes - deer, rabbits, porcupines, turkeys, reptiles, amphibians, insects, and the occasional black bear or moose. As a child, Rose was always making something. She now works as an art teacher, & artist, making thoughtful, eclectic and sometimes quirky art works using acrylic & oil paints.
Heron is a work of mixed media. Collage and acrylic. There is so much to this peace, that it will keep you exploring the painting each time you look at it. Colours of blue & green, & wonderful hidden patterns throughout.
