Japanese Printmaking with Lisa Martini-Dunk - Saturday June 18, 10 - 4
This is terrific introduction to Japanese printmaking. In just one day you'll learn how to make a woodcut print using relief printmaking. Students will make their own version of a 3" x 5" design (with border it will be 4" x 6") on shina plywood. (bring some photos or drawings of your own for reference). You will make a 3 colour print using the Kento-registration and key block techniques.
