Inspiring, functional, convenient. The Studio at Meta4 has become a hub of creative energy and arts education in north Durham. From visual arts courses to jewellery, sculpture, clay, dramatic arts and more, the studio is home to a variety of community activities. We offer courses on weekends, weekdays, evenings and after school.

Professional artist instructors lead all our programs and we keep our class sizes small to ensure a high quality experience. Full-day courses include lunch at one of Port Perry's charming restaurants. Youth can take advantage of after-school programs, March Break Art Camp and Summer Art Camp.

It's a busy place, but there's also time for private classes, birthday parties, corporate events and rentals. To customize a workshop for a group of 6 or more, or to book a birthday party for up to 10 children, please contact the gallery by phone or email.

The studio is equipped with tables, chairs and double laundry sinks for washing up. Coffee/tea service can be easily arranged and several local restaurants are available for group reservations for lunch and/or dinner.
